Welcome To The

Wipe Out Useage Tracks Simply put,, Microsoft is not a privacy based operating system. What I mean is, everything you do is logged into the system registry and can be accessed by anyone on the net or byMicrosoft itself. The Index.dat files in Windows keeps a long list of the websites you visit and the links on the pages whether you click them or not. Oddly, this info isn't available to you even though their your own Internet tracks. You cant delete, rename or move these files but ISP's like Yahoo and AOL can open them to see were you go on the Internet and they do. But now you have a choice!. Not to imply you have anything to hide but its the principle of privacy. Write a "Blast" File. Two Blast files to be correct. One you'll name Blast.bat, and the other you'll name Blast.reg. Copy this into a text file and save it as "Blast.bat" and into C:\. Pull the Nav bar at the right to scroll the text. You MUST change the "This Pc" to the name of the folder thats yours in Documents and Settings.

Change the "This Pc" to the name of your pc. The name of the folder that you chose for your files. Next, you'll create your Reg file that will delete the registry folders that track all your PC movements. Again in just a Note pad document that when opened at the command line, will do all the registry deleting for you. Notice the "[-" just before the HKEY_, That will tell the Registry that you want to subtract the folder at the end of this line from the registry all together.

This is a sample Registry (.reg) file to wipe out traces of Computer use.
Windows Registry Editor Version
[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\TypedURLs]
[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\International\CpMRU]
[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Search Assistant\ACMru]
[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MM20\Publish Wizard\MRU List]

Reboot and when the screen goes black, press and hold the F8 Key on the keyboard until it beeps rapidly and then release. This should bring you to a list of choices of how to proceed. One of the choices is, "Safe Mode with command prompt". Use the arrow keys to select this and hit the ENTER key twice. When the PC boots into the command prompt type, cd\ and hit ENTER. Then type, "blast.bat" and hit enter. You will see a long list of entries most of which wont exist but thats OK. The list was written with all the places these files we're trying to delete can hide. The registry will pop up a box that says "Are you sure?" click yes twice and your done. You can now restart normally. The traces of PC and Internet use are gone and replaced with empty files and folders when Windows realizes they are gone. Repeat this process every couple of days to keep safe.
